Reporting Requirements

Grant recipients must submit Progress Reports semi-annually on AOC provided forms. The Progress Reports must include a narrative description of the project activities during the reporting period, and information on the types of legal services delivered, the number of clients served, as well as the counties represented.

Reports should also provide information on any challenges to service delivery encountered during the reporting period, and an explanation of how those issues will be resolved.

Failure to comply with reporting requirements could result in the termination of a grantee's award.
